So fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the dizzy chicken. Also the club especially if you’re from the south and put some of the pineapple habenaro slaw on top - delish! If you’re in the area well worth the stop!

Great local small business with great food and service. We went as a family for lunch as we were passing through. I got the Trail Grinder sandwich and it was awesome! They even came up with some other sandwich options on the spot for picky kids using items from the breakfast menu. Really went above and beyond to get the whole family a great lunch.

Small town breakfast and lunch time sandwich shop that has a great selection of items. If this place was in a big Metropolitan area it be a good franchise restaurant. Stopping for lunch, the sandwiches we ordered were all flavorful and portioned perfectly. The Greek chicken sandwich toasted on sourdough is a home run. Kids' sandwiches are also sized just right on the smaller size.

For a local sandwich shop, this is awesome. Very friendly staff. Chicken salad sandwich is very tasty and satisfying. Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

What a great place! We were on our way through and stopped in on their first day open. The smoothies were delicious and the no carb options were great gluten free boxes. The bagel sandwich was also delicious.

Every time I’m in this area of Utah, I make a point to stop at The Over Bite cafe. Their coffee is always great and their menu is fantastic. Every item has a great balance of savory and sweet. I tried their Dizzy Chicken special and holy cow, amazing. Their strawberry balsamic avocado toast and Blue Mountain Morning are two of my other favorites. The manager who created this menu should be proud, it is exceptionally good. They would do well in a major city, let alone the sleepy little town of Monticello.

This is a great food stop. By the way, the whole menu is available for breakfast. The place is extremely clean and I could tell the food was fresh. The smoothies were great too. I would definitely go here again.

I’m so happy its back! Prices are great for the sandwich, chips, and pickle! I love the new chili ailoi, had a nice chili kick! Also loved the service and how friendly the staff are :) I absolutely plan to come back, and am happy to see the food is as delicious as ever! The people and food couldn’t be better!
